Art, poetry, self-expression, and this lovely winding path of life — that's my thread, my essence. This multi-passioned path chose me, and I've found it's a mirror. The more I show up as I truly am, embracing my neurodivergence and my strange way of being in the world, the more I give others permission to do the same.
For twenty years I've been translating essence into form — art for apparel, national brands and retailers; identities, editorial, environments, and public art. Guiding people through art workshops and mentoring self-expression. The mediums change, but the thread never has.

Words
I've been writing for twenty-five years, and I've shared maybe 1% of it. Part of my soul's calling is to put things into words — poetry feels like breathing, the best exhale. I also share what it's like to move through the world as a professional neurodivergent badass: the hilarity and the challenges. And then there's just life.
